Freebie: Printable Easter Basket Bible Verse Cards

Each year at Easter, I fill my girls' Easter baskets with items that I can associate with a Bible verse.  This year I used some of Miss Tina's adorable vector drawings to make printable journal cards with the verses on them. Even though these aren't related to a particular scrapbooking kit, I thought I'd share them as a freebie in case anyone was interested in figuring out how to pair Bible verses with their Easter goodies.

Here's a preview of the first sheet of cards...

Going from left to right the cards pair with a pillow case (Matthew 11:28), pierced earrings (Isaiah 53:5), lamb-shaped chocolates (Luke 12:32), new pens (Proverbs 7:2-3), a horse conformation book for my older teenage daughter (Romans 12:2), a wind-up chicken that lays bubble gum eggs (Psalm 91:4)

Here's a preview of the second sheet of cards...

Again, going from left to right the cards pair with peanut butter cup eggs (Isaiah 10:14), frog-shaped chocolates (Isaiah 53:5), chocolate rabbits (Luke 12:32), Kit Kat bunny ears (James 1:19), Goldfish crackers for one daughter and Swedish fish from another (Matthew 4:19), fun band-aids (2 Kings 20:5)

And finally, here's a preview of the last sheet of cards...

The Psalm 4:8 card on the left is paired with a new sheet set (both girls needed new sheets so this was perfect large filler item for their baskets) and the Psalm 119:11 card is in the basket alone to let them know that I have hidden candy-filled eggs around the house.

These free printable Easter cards are available as PNGs and as PDFs...

I hope you have a very happy Easter!
